My god I must have the worst luck in all this legal crap. My appeals attorney is up for disbarring.
Because of him dragging his heels on filing my paperwork I am now ineligible for other remedies. The police state puts time limits on justice and liberty-because they don’t belong to you. I wrote to the Ramsey County Courts administrator and to Judge Clark this past summer regarding further definition of the reason for the $14,000 restitution. The medical bills were all paid by medicaid-a system for poor folk. Bob lived in a million dollar town home with 3 new cars and digital recording equipment and a $60,000 stienway concert grand piano. Just another of Bob’s frauds. I guess by not responding they are aiding and abiding a medicaid fraud.
I had almost a thousand dollars seized from my slave labor this year alone and sent to someone, I don’t know who.
Oh, and the Ramsey county medical examiner that testified in my case is under investigation for providing false and prejudice testimony to help prosecutors. A man was released from prison recently after serving 6 years for murdering his baby daughter because Mr. McGee, The M.E., providing false testimony. There was no evidence. Mr. McGee also testified in my trail. Lucky Me!
